3. Finalize your order in just a few steps.
At the moment of formalizing your purchase, you only have to follow the steps that the web indicates you. After using any of our various payment processors, you will receive an email containing the confirmation of your purchase and will give you all the details of your order.
- Given the nature of the product, claims will be accepted for those products that are broken due to transport causes. To do so, you will have to state it in the carrier's own checkbook. Once you have received the goods, you have a period of 24 (twenty-four) hours to complain in case of an incident. Send us a photograph of the incident via email so that we can manage it. After 24 (twenty-four) hours we will not be responsible if the incident has been caused by the transport company.
- If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you will have a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The date of the delivery receipt will be used to calculate the period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days referred to in this clause. You must inform us within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, your desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and invoice issued to the address indicated in the complaint mail. The breakage due to transport causes, you will have to state it in the stub of the carrier itself at the time of receipt, if you notice that the article could be damaged (glass) or the packaging was damaged.
- The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods and it will be the customer's responsibility to adequately pack the pieces to avoid possible deterioration of the same.
- To make such return, the product must be in its original packaging without having been used and without damage. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.
- By exception, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
- In some cases the colours and measurements are approximate but not 100% reliable. For specific cases you should consult with us, as returns for technical reasons will be at the customer's expense.
- Design It guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their stock order at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment, with the exception of items ordered on request.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any return or exchange claims.
- Design It does not guarantee to its Customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on the website, except for those products where a specific guarantee or availability is expressly mentioned (products in stock).
- Unless indicated on our website, shipping does not include local taxes; except for Venezuela in "door to door" shipments.
- Prices do not include assembly for items that require it.
- The material is delivered fully packed and protected inside its box.
- Most of the products are manufactured especially for you; therefore, delivery times shown on our website are approximate. Design It cannot be held responsible for any delays caused, as this is an external service. Any claim should be made directly to the transport company; since, at the time of purchase, you hire that service outside our competence.
